The DM-ALU industrial sectional door features 40 mm thick aluminium profiles, which can be filled with double-glazed acrylic or plexiglass units, or composite panels up to 26 mm thick.

This model is available as either a fully glazed solution or a combination of glazing and insulated sandwich panels.

The roller brackets and inter-panel hinges are made of galvanised steel. As with all our industrial door models, nylon-coated ball-bearing rollers are used. The standard spring durability is 25,000 opening/closing cycles, with an option to upgrade to 100,000 cycles upon request.

The maximum door dimensions (width x height) are 7000 x 6000 mm.
All DM-ALU industrial doors comply with European Union safety regulations and are CE-certified.

PANEL TYPES

The S-Rib is a narrow, horizontally grooved panel that mimics the appearance of timber cladding. The distance between the horizontal grooves is 125 mm, making it one of the most popular choices for garage door designs.

Available surface finishes for S-Rib panels include:

  • Woodgrain panels: Offered in four standard colours — White RAL 9016, Anthracite Grey RAL 7016, Sepia Brown RAL 8014, and Black RAL 9005
  • Smooth surface panels: Available in three standard colours — White RAL 9016, Anthracite Grey RAL 7016, and Black RAL 9005
  • STUCCO panels: Textured finish available in White RAL 9002, Sepia Brown RAL 8014, Anthracite Grey RAL 7016, and Silver RAL 9006

Custom RAL colours are available upon request for an additional charge.

Panoramic panels feature a modern design and provide maximum natural daylight for your building. Industrial sectional doors made with glazed profiles can function as viewing windows or act as semi-transparent partitions within a structure. Glass inserts are also available in a variety of tints upon request.

An external lock for the garage door is required when there is no secondary entrance to the garage and manual operation is preferred.

Each door comes standard with a double-sided lifting handle and, for manually operated doors, an internal locking latch.

Upon request, the sectional door can also be equipped with a door automation system.
